Tania and Fiona along with Hayley all worked very hard to get my house sold, before, on September 29th last year, Tania completed the purchase of my new bungalow, I then put my house up for sale, although the house was vacant, the buyer was, along with his conveyancer causing a delay after a delay. However once I’d given an ultimatum that if they did not complete, I would put the house back on the market, Tania as usual kept a cool head and the sale went through without any further delay. Everything was perfect. So I would certainly recommend to anyone to use them. The costs were industry average. Probably a little lower, but the service way above industry average. The buying process, back in September 2025! Well it had been a long time since I bought a house, the rules and regulation are a mine field, govt intrusion abounds, and I found out later the conveyancer can be heavily fined if they don’t do due diligence. So in the end all was well and Tania again kept a cool head. So if I was out of line sometimes, my sincere apologies, in the end though I realised I’d used the right people. Both to buy and to sell.
