We believe that being open and upfront about the cost of our legal services is key to our working relationship with you, and we want you to feel totally comfortable so you can make an informed decision as to whether you would like to use Gent Law for your conveyancing needs. If you have already received a quote from us, once you instruct us you will have confirmation of these costs in your client care pack, and we will keep you updated throughout as to any additional costs you may incur.

If you have been referred to us by a third party such as a mortgage broker, or estate agent, we may pay them a referral fee. We will advise you of any fee we pay in your client care pack and must advise that this is not an additional cost to you. Our advice to you remains totally independent and if we felt there was a conflict of interest, we would be bound to advise you.
