Anees has been known to Rachael and other members of the team for many years and his arrival has been eagerly awaited!

Anees is an experienced solicitor having worked in the conveyancing industry for over 10 years and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. Anees has experience in a multitude of property transactions and has acted nationally for clients ranging from first time buyers to high value property investors. Anees has successfully acted in freehold and leasehold matters, including but not limited to; Buy to Let, Shared Ownership, New Build, Right to Buy and Auction Properties with Bridging Finance.

We caught up with Anees following his first week here at Gent HQ and here’s what he had to say…

‘I am grateful to be able to join forces with a local reputable firm. I have previously worked at the same prominent local firm as Rachael and have been able to follow the Gent Law journey whilst I was developing a conveyancing department at another local firm. I have been impressed by what Gent Law has achieved so far and I hope to be able to use my expertise and network to assist with the growth of the firm in the coming years.

Following my initial development at a local firm, I further developed my career at a city firm where I was based for a period of over two years. Following this I created a successful conveyancing department at a local multi-service firm. I am now ready for the next challenge and this opportunity at Gent Law is the perfect fit, I am looking forward to working alongside like-minded individuals in the management team and to assist junior members of the team in their career growth and development. I am excited to see what the future may hold for Gent Law and grateful to be part of the journey.

More importantly, I also look forward to assisting our clients with their property transactions.’
