Rachael is a specialist property Solicitor, who has been working within residential conveyancing since 2006 and has been head of the new build department in a large Solicitor’s firm. Rachael has vast experience with clients in all circumstances and walks of life and makes every case as individual as you are.

She not only makes sure the legal side of things are in order but also prides herself on being available to contact anytime to discuss any aspect of your conveyancing needs.

Clare has worked alongside Rachael for a number of years prior to joining Gent Law. Alongside the general management of the office Clare also offers support to our Solicitors.  Clare is a highly experienced Paralegal who can manage your file on a day to day basis from start to finish and offer you practical advice and assistance throughout your transaction.

Clare has extensive knowledge of new build property and can assist you with any Help to Buy or Help to Buy ISA/LISA queries you may have. Clare is available to call or email with any queries or concerns you may have throughout your conveyancing transaction.

Tania is a Residential Property Solicitor who has been working in residential Conveyancing since 2005 and qualified in 2011.

Tania has experience in Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Equity and Remortgages and is contactable throughout the conveyancing process should you have any queries or questions and she will be happy to talk the process through with you and find practical solutions to difficulties that can sometimes occur in your transaction.

Jodie qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and has specialised in Residential Conveyancing since 2014.

Jodie has dealt with all types of property transactions for all kinds of clients; she prides herself in being friendly, approachable and having the ability to give complex legal advice in a down to earth and easily understandable way.

Lauren has recently joined Gent Law.  Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and after delving into different areas of property law, settled into residential conveyancing in 2023.

Since then, Lauren has dealt with a variety of clients over a wide range of transaction types. Lauren is friendly and understanding and enjoys building a rapport with her clients to ensure that their needs are met from start to finish, whilst further ensuring that they are fully aware as to the legal process and thereby managing their expectations.

Charlotte qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2022 and now has her very own team to aid her in supporting her clients throughout the Conveyancing process.

Charlotte prides herself in care, communication and attention to detail. She has excelled since joining us as a graduate and is available to talk through any element of the process, whether you are a first time buyer or have bought and sold houses many times before.

Stacey is one of our talented Conveyancing Assistants.  She primarily offers support to our Managing Director, Rachael.  Stacey has lots of previous experience working in a busy conveyancing department which makes her an asset to the team.  Stacey prides herself on customer service and commitment.

Emily has extensive experience in a busy conveyancing office and has worked alongside both Rachael and Clare for a number of years. Emily’s key function is to support Rachael on her conveyancing transactions but also offers support to the rest of our conveyancing team and all of our clients.

Emily is always available to call or email with any queries you may have.

Miranda has worked alongside Rachael and Clare for a number of years prior to joining Gent Law. Miranda is a highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant who can assist on practical matters throughout your transaction.

Miranda primarily supports our homegrown Licensed Conveyancer, Charlotte.  Miranda has extensive knowledge of handling residential property transactions and is always on hand and happy to help with any queries or concerns that you may have throughout the process.

Oliver forms part of Team Charlotte and is always on hand and happy to help with any queries or concerns that you have throughout your conveyancing transaction.  Oliver has been with Gent Law for a number of years now and has gained substantial knowledge and skills working in our busy conveyancing team.

Oliver is a very positive and friendly member of the team and takes a very calm and collected approach to all daily tasks to help you find the best solution and make the process as smooth as possible.

Hayley is a Conveyancing Assistant and has 20 years experience working in a busy residential conveyancing department. She has worked on the opposite side of countless transactions with all of us here at Gent Law! Now, having joined us she is excited to fulfil a new challenge as she joins the fold offering support to Team Tania.

Hayley prides herself on being on hand to assist all of our clients with any queries throughout your transaction, doing her utmost to ensure we get to completion as smoothly as possible.

Sophie is an integral part of the team at Gent Law.  She is an experienced conveyancing assistant who heads up our post completion team.  Sophie is friendly and approachable and coming from an estate agency background means Sophie understands the process from all angles and is well equipped to provide support and assistance with any queries you may have.

Sophie prides herself on her great customer service and organisational skills meaning you will be in the best hands throughout your transaction.

Leanne has worked in the industry for over 14 years, most of this time has been spent in Conveyancing.  Leanne enjoys building strong client relationships and always goes the extra mile for our clients.

When Leanne first started in the industry she started as a receptionist and has worked her way up to a paralegal.  As part of Team Tania, is always on hand to assist with any queries throughout the office.

Fiona graduated from Keele University in 2024, with a degree in Law with Criminology and joined Gent Law soon after. She is beginning to learn the ropes in conveyancing, working as a Conveyancing Assistant. Fiona is eager to learn more about the conveyancing process and excited for the next stages of her career.

Fiona prides herself on her customer service skills and her attention to details.  Fiona forms part of Team Tania and always on hand to offer assistance to all of our amazing clients.

Amelia is a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer and has been working within Residential Conveyancing since 2018. Previously Amelia spent almost two decades as a sales progressor with a busy local Estate Agent so she completely understands the whole buying and selling process from all sides.

Amelia aims to help her clients navigate through what can be a very stressful time in moving home by supporting and guiding them through the process step by step.

Ellie is an experienced conveyancing assistant who has assisted on a number of residential transaction working in a busy conveyancing department. Ellie enjoys building client relationships and assisting clients from the start of a transaction all the way through to completion day. Ellie prides herself on providing excellent customer service and her organisation skills.

Ellie forms part of Team Amelia.  Together, they will ensure that your transaction progresses to completion smoothly.

Rebecca is one of our newest recruits, joining Gent Law as a Conveyancing Assistant, primarily assisting one of our other new recruits, Lauren Wild.  Rebecca has lots of previous experience working within a fast-paced conveyancing environment and is well versed offering friendly support to all of our clients. Her previous experience has given her a great foundation on the conveyancing process from start to finish!  In addition to this, she has also worked in Estate Agency and she therefore brings knowledge and understanding from all perspectives.

Becky enjoys guiding and supporting our clients and will also be on hand to help.
