It is really important to select a solicitor that specialises in this area as developers usually impose very tight deadlines for exchange of contracts to take place.
Once you have instructed us to act on your behalf we will obtain the contract development pack for the site your new house will be built on. Although our service is tailored to you, we check all aspects of the development including planning permissions, roads and sewers, structural warranties and any relevant information about the past use of the land. This is in addition to the searches we would carry out in any normal purchase transaction. We will then give you an overview of all of the information we receive in a report specific to your plot.
