If you are thinking of attending a property auction with a view to purchasing a property it is really important to do your homework before you go! If you are interested in a property, or set of properties, we can check the legal pack in advance of the auction and advise you of its contents, so you have all of the information before you commit under the hammer!
If you are selling a property we can prepare the legal pack you need to submit prior to the auction taking place. We can attend the auction for you to ensure any queries prospective purchasers may have are answered prior to the auction and that any successful buyer correctly signs the contract and pays a deposit for your property. Our auction attendance fee is usually a lot less than that of the auctioneer so we will hopefully save you some money at the same time.
After the auction, whether you buy or sell, we will see your transaction through to the date of completion.
