If you purchased a newly built property using a Help to Buy Loan, you may now want to repay it, even if you are not selling your property. These loans begin to accrue interest after 5 years so it is important to consider repayment prior to this point and a solicitor must do this for you.
Help to Buy will request that you have a valuation carried out on the property and send it to them with a request to repay your loan. They will ask you for your nominated solicitor at this point and we will work with you to ensure the loan is repaid and the charge is removed from your property deeds.
