Help to Buy ISA and Lifetime ISAs

As part of any residential purchase we can apply to the government on your behalf to claim any bonus you may be entitled to under the Help to Buy ISA scheme. When we have completed our searches and enquiries and are ready to discuss completion dates we will ask that you make contact with your bank to ensure your account can be closed in plenty of time for us to request your bonus. It is very important that you do not withdraw any funds from your ISA until you have closed the account. Once you obtain the closing statement and provide it to us, we take care of the rest and ensure the funds arrive in time for completion and they can be used towards your house purchase.
Lifetime ISAs are slightly different and are designed for those saving for a first home and their retirement, and there is a requirement that you have to live in the home you buy.
